WebFeat's Founder and CEO, Todd Miller, was recognized by Library Journal, as a 2001 recipient of
their Movers & Shakers award.

The Movers & Shakers supplement was released with the March 15 issue of Library Journal magazine.

With this first-ever compilation of more than 50 library workers,
the editors at LJ aim to highlight some of the innovative and inspiring people working in the quickly
evolving library industry. Representing the diversity of the profession, these people were nominated
by their colleagues for their ability to build community, nurture the coming generation of librarians,
adapt technology to the unique needs of libraries, educate children, and more.

WebFeat developers received the 1996 award for "Best Internet Infrastructure" from
the Gartner group for a state-of-the-art document management system designed and developed
for Knight Ridder Information.

WebFeat was a recipient of the 2002 Horizon award from the Southeast Florida Library
Information Network (SEFLIN). The award recognizes WebFeats distinguished service for
the library network, including its support of the IFLA/SEFLIN International Summit, held in April 2002.

More than 150 librarians from 8 countries participated in the first IFLA/SEFLIN International
Summit on Library Cooperation in the Americas. This international event was co-sponsored by
the Southeast Florida Library Information Network (SEFLIN), in cooperation with the International
Federation of Library Associations and Institutions (IFLA). The Summit was held in Miami, on
the Biscayne Bay campus of Florida International University April 17-20, 2002. The theme of
the event was "Models of Cooperation". The goal of the Summit was to open a dialogue between U.S.
libraries and those in Latin America and the Caribbean.
